All online bookings require a 50% deposit.

If you have a Gift Voucher but would like to book online, all you need to do is pay your 50% deposit to book online and when you come in for your treatment with your Gift Voucher we can refund any balance to you.

It is important that you check the current service price list or our website to view current prices as prices may change without notice.

If you use a Gift Voucher to pay for your service, the price payable is what the current price is at the time you have your treatment done(not what the old price was when the Gift Voucher was originally purchased).

Please come dressed comfortably and we will supply you with everything you need. We recommend that you leave any valuables and jewellery at home.

Our closest parking lot is on the corner of Kellicar Road and Geary Street. Please note that you must enter the carpark from the Kellicar Road entrance as the other entrance is for staff only and will very rarely have available parking.

Yes, you certainly can use your gift voucher to purchase products. However, gift vouchers can only be redeemed in spa, they cannot be used in our online store.

Physical gift vouchers purchased in store:

It’s very important to keep your gift voucher secure and in your possession. Gift vouchers are treated as cash and must be presented to use as payment.

If somebody else were to bring the physical voucher in, we are legally obligated to let that person use it. This is why we cannot process a payment using a voucher unless it is presented. Similarly, even if a gift voucher number is quoted, we still require the actual gift voucher to be presented as the method of payment.

If we accepted just quoted gift voucher numbers, there is no way to prove that the person quoting the number actually owns the voucher or that the correct voucher number was actually quoted.

We are therefore unable to take any responsibility for a lost or stolen voucher.

E-Vouchers purchased online:

As E-Vouchers are purchased online under a name and email address, we are able to re-send the voucher to the original purchaser.

As we are a very busy spa you will need to book in advance. Generally, a weeks notice for a week day is sufficient and 3-4 weeks notice is normal for a Thursday evening or Saturday appointment.

No, a voucher can not be used to purchase another gift voucher. 

It can be used towards a treatment or product purchase in spa only.

Please note that you can not exchange an e-voucher for a physical voucher instore or vice versa.

Yes we certainly do. Nectar Day Spa is one of the largest spas in Sydney and one of the few that can cater for up to 10 people at the same time. Please book with lots of notice!

It is very important that you arrive on time or as close to it as possible as we will have our next client booked in directly after you and therefore must still finish on time. We will always attempt to do as much of your treatment as possible within the time available

When you reserve an appointment with us we not only guarantee your appointment time, service length, treatment room and therapist we are also turning away other clients who would like your appointment time consequently denying the spa any other revenue at all.

It is essential that you provide us with adequate notice of at least 24 hours if you cannot make your appointment. If you do not arrive to your scheduled time we will call you to check if you are on your way. If we cannot get through we will try calling again or send you a text message.

If you let us know that you are not coming we will endeavour to fill as much of your reserved appointment time as possible utilising our cancellation list. However, if your scheduled time cannot be refilled with another client, of course your gift voucher or deposit must be used towards the time you had reserved.

Please understand that this policy means that both yourself and Nectar Day Spa share the costs of the treatment that you did not arrive to as only 50% of the treatment you had booked will be charged.

We offer FREE shipping for all orders over $80 and a flat rate of $10 Australia wide for purchases under $80. All of our parcels are sent out through Australia Post and you will receive your tracking number as soon as possible. Please allow extra shipping time due to Covid.
